I think your overthinking this. IV's are not as important when it comes to in-game teams. And EV training is impossible. As for gender if you do not snag a pokemon its values are not set so it is possible to see one of another gender.

Okay so I was taking my shirt off very stupidly 2 days ago. I took my tank top off by pulling it down. From your scenarios, no those are not foul throws. I usually see more issues with the 3rd rule in which the ball has to start from the back of the head than the first 2. A player can release the ball at any angle they want toward the ground as long as the ball started behind the head and it crosses the line and a lot of players flex their bodies to put more power into the throw, which is perfectly fine. Wait until you see a flip throw, those are perfectly legal too.

We have a cat. She got a wound on her upper thy/ butt area. She has gotten this before and we took her to the vet, and they said she just got snagged by something like a twig and then bacteria started to eat at the skin causing a hole. So this time we didnt think much of it, my mom was going to get her some echinacia but hasnt been able to yet. Lately she has been disappearing outside for a whole night, then shed come back in the morning to eat and then disappear till the next morning. But this time, she didnt come back for breakfast in the morning. I feel terrible. Electric water heating?

I recently moved into a flat which has electric heating and hot water. I have a timer set for the hot water to come on 40 mins before I get up in the morning and nine times out of ten it is fine but on the odd day the water isn't hot at all. The timer is on the same settings for all weekdays so I don't understand why it isn't always hot. I have my own boiler (range tribune he if that helps) and timer so I presume it isn't affected by the other flats. I can't see that there is a thermostat on there either so I cannot change the temperature. Please can someone help?

My top retainer wire broke?

My top retainer wire snapped when I was eating an apple (long story), right where the loop is. I already had to replace my retainer once (lost it) and my mom will KILL me if she has o pay $230 for ANOTHER one. Since it's just one break in one place, could they just meld it back together for free? Or is there maybe even a super-glue that could fix it? Because it didn't snap in half down the center, it just snapped by the loop, &I can actually still wear the retainer. It doesn't snag my lip or anything, either. Don't worry. It happens. I had one on mine a month or two after i got it pierced. Just soak it twice a day in 8 oz. of warm water and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. It has to be sea salt. Soak a q-tip in the solution then dip it in tea tree oil and apply to the area. It should go away in a week or two. It will get really dry and just flake off. DON'T TAKE IT OUT! Especially when it's got something like that going on it is a bad idea to take it out.

Why when I try to add music through Winamp to my iPod does Winamp crash?

I just downloaded winamp to my windows 7 machine. I did lite installation but added ipod support in the options. I opted out of just about everything in the instal that I could, including winamp agent and toolbars and junk. I plug in the ipod, I can see all my music. When I drag an mp3 into the library a statusbar pops up that says "Finding Metadata" and then windows lets me know that winamp has stopped working, What could be causing this snag?

My piercing is really infected. What should I do?

I got my cartilage pierced back in February, it was done with a piercing gun. Anyway, it always hurt and burned a bit. I cleaned it like I was told to do and took good care of it. I have both my nose and belly button pierced and I never had problems with them healing. A couple weeks ago, I was getting ready to go out and my friend was doing my hair. My friend accidently snagged the brush on my piercing, which hurt really bad. This morning I noticed there was a big red bump underneath my jewelry, so I took it out. I think the bump is filled with puss.. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do. Is this serious? Or will it go away on it's own?

Sounds like you're doing a spectacular job. It's great that you're supervising their play and you should probably continue to keep an eye on them until the kitten gets a little stronger, just to be safe. I doubt your older cat's behavior is aggressive. You would be able to tell if he was actually upset and trying to injure the kitten. More likely they are just play fighting and having fun. I haven't had two cats concurrently but it sounds a lot like playtime between my cat and dog. They're best friends but look like they're trying to kill each other when they play. It may look rough but if your cat was hurting the kitten the kitten would squeal and clearly express that it was in pain, letting your cat know to stop whatever he's doing. If the kitten was being hurt he also wouldn't come back to be further attacked. If your cats sleep together they obviously enjoy each others company, which is great. I initially was denied due to not making enough money. I was awarded a hearing and provided my pay stub for the two years I was employed with the agency. The employer did no show up at the hearing. The referee ruled that I was financially eligible and then they ruled that I was eligible due to my separation because it was not misconduct. I was awarded back payments and I received an appeal notice from my employer stating that they are a church and do not have to pay unemployment. They provided a form in which I signed when I was hired back in 09. I didn't trust the form so after I was fired without proper cause I filed anyway and won. Will the decision be reversed?

“There were a million chandeliers above and below me.” These were the last words that John Dinkman typed on his hazardously dusty typewriter just before scraping the butt of his cigarette out in the pulpit of the adjacent glass ashtray. Apparently he thought these were good words to end on. If I told you why he chose these last words out of all the others that sat so plump in his gargantuan dictionary, then I may ruin your expectations of Mr. John Dinkman, or maybe I don’t know myself. Perhaps it had something to do with the gleaming horizon that he woke to every morning as he rolled out of bed, peered out of his window, and watched the crystalline strands of orange light melt the cold harsh smoke that pumped out of the cities veins. Or maybe it had something to do with the neutrality of his current professional position at the Chicago tribune as staff journalist. It was 1:00 a.m. Around him sat seven glasses of water which had been each been sipped the same amount of times. John cascaded the wheels of his chair across the lumpy laminate wood as he sprawled his sore body back, staring at his typed words for a few moments thinking about the sporadic manner in which he typed them and what they meant at all. He gently pulled back the cardboard hinge on his pack of Marlboro 27’s, plucked a fresh cigarette out, and brought the Styrofoam stub to his lips. He allowed it to dangle there. Went to Gamestop today for some trade-ins, didn't even know L.A. Noire was out and ended up snagging it for $14. Been at it ever since (besides a break for Conan) and I'm pretty impressed. For starters, it's 3 friggin' discs, but if you like immersive storylines it has one. The gameplay is basically a 1940's GTA. Moreso than The Godfather as this is a Rock Star game. But the added elements of investigation and interrigation are really fun and become more challenging as the game progresses. Anyone else pick it up today or have a different opinion? J/w...

I just won a big custody battle against my ex-husband, and he's very vandictive... He's extremely controlling and has a lot of foolish pride. His grief is unfortunately not for his daughter, but rather for his own bruised ego. I usually let things go because i feel that it's not worth the hassle. However, this time, I had a legitimate scare. I was sure he had hacked into my email accounts because he forwarded email conversations between me and him (regarding arrangements for my daughter) and copied a large portion of my friends and contact that were in my email account. I wasn't upset because the content wasn't damaging- for me at least, but I was upset thinking that he had actually gone THAT far and started think what other information he had. However, upon further research, in 2009 I sent an email-virus warning forward to about 30 contacts, including him (THE ONLY TIME I DID IT too). This issue is this: he ALSO emailed my EMPLOYERS this PRIVATE information. I was going to file for a PPO- because I think that besides that he's purposely harrassing me, he's trying to sabatoge my employment- he knows what emails my employers have because of the court case. The referee of the court acknowledged in her reccomendation that my ex has anger management issues. Is this grounds for a possible PPO? Please advise. I only want this type of behavior to stop.

How can i clip my coackatiels nails?

I need to find out what to do for court. Paternity testing question.?

I was ordered by the referee to pay for the paternity testing of my youngest son. My soon to be ex husband works, makes more money then I do and lives with his parents. I take care of both of my kids, by myself and I'm struggling to make ends meet. I didn't get a lawyer for our divorce because I don't want anything from my ex husband. I cannot afford the 525$ to get paternity done. What do I do? John Dinka woke to a screeching noise that un-relentlessly clawed his ears like a wild beast. Face down on his pillow, he opened his eyes and gazed into the ash wall for a few moments before jumping out of bed and attacking the snooze button on his invasive alarm clock. After a few more than necessary slaps to the top of his alarm clock, John Dinka peered outside of his window, which was the only thing that was clean in the entire apartment, although, most people wouldn’t sum up John Dinka’s apartment with the word: entirely. The words half or almost would be more appropriate. Outside of his window, there were five taxi cabs parked on the street, a corner vendor that would sell hot dogs for less than the normal price to John Dinka after his drunken pre-dusk walks around town, and a large fenced park diagonally to his left. The grass in the park looked like somebody had poured mass amounts of yellow cabbage onto the ground, and John Dinka ******* hated yellow cabbage. He turned around in disgust and hopped into his half-shower. It was 7:45 a.m on a Thursday. Time ticked like it always has, and John Dinka’s alarm clock went off while he was in the shower, like it always does. A plethora of quite imaginative curse words screamed loud enough to wake the inhabitants of the neighboring apartment was usually the selected response from John Dinka, for now he had to put his steamy shower on hold while he turned the alarm off, which would subtract one minute and thirty seconds from his morning schedule, (and not to mention juice up the heating bill) as he would have to spend an extra minute and thirty seconds washing the conditioner out of his static orange hair. It seemed that John Dinka’s mornings were meticulously planned out, perhaps better than most sane people. John Dinka was, of course, sane. He chocked all of it up to society like it was trendy. I'd leave out the "likely candidate for the position" line. Actually, to an employer eagerness to learn won't make you a likely candidate; experience will. I'd probably word it more like my eagerness to learn and work hard is an asset I could bring to the company. And tie in a line about why you'd like to have this position. Be honest, but do the best you possibly can with your cover letter. Sometimes if nothing stands out, the employer doesn't get beyond it. You can check online and find a lot of examples on how to write a cover letter when you have little experience to put on it.

How do you own your Pokemon with better HP and stats?

Before I get lunch, I would like to post this question. Every time I caught a Pokemon today, they either were the wrong gender, had the wrong ability or were too low on HP. When I first caught Makuhita, he had 91 HP but I didn't want mine with Thick Fat. Mine normally has Guts which ups attack power if suffering. Not for heat and cold protection. Other times, I reset the game because it was a female and I usually like my Makuhitas to be male. Then other times when he ad Guts hits Hit Points were too low. For over an hour and 20 minutes, I have fought this Pokemon until I considered keeping him when he had 90 maximum Hit Points with the Guts ability itself. Then I caught Quilava perfectly with 80 Hit Points maximum. Then my Noctowl had Insomnia with 100 Hit Points Maximum but Slugma, isn't Slugma usually caught with 71 Hit Points. She at least had Flame Body as I saw before snagging her. I thought both my Quagsire and Noctowl would have 100 Hit Points total. How many soft resets do I at lease have to do to get the kind of Pokemon I want without changing the Pokemon itself?

Often at times, Slugma would break out of her ball to use Flamethrower on my Espeon for example and then he faints and then I have to revive him. Even when paralyzed. Is that what they always do for real? Seriously? I use a regular Poke Ball for a Snag Ball and it's just weird that even the hardest Pokemon to catch are found in Poke Balls such as Entei, Suicune, or Raikou.

Snagged my eyebrow ring and now it hurts?

I have heard that this happened to several people, and some were able to get the radio accounts back, which I consider very fortunate for them.
