Who will win finals? Heat or the referees?

As I watched last nights game, i noticed many terrible calls by the refs. i saw fouls called on dallas that were bs, no contact or barely anything. I saw many fouls that the Heat got away with. If these calls were made more fairly, i'm sure dallas would've won by at least 2 possessions. This happened last time dallas and heat were in finals, and its happening again, anyone care to explain?
