Should I ask this girl out? (10 points)?

Theres this girl i like and I kind of know her but not really. I like her and I want to ask to her out to lunch to get to know her better. I've flirted a little bit over fb, but bithin serious. I know at this point you'd be saying no sh*t you idiot go for it, but there's a snag. She likes this other dude. I don't know who he is but I'm sure she has only liked him for a few days, cuz she just broke up with her boyfriend, a very good friend of mine, and they didn't break up because of this dude. Anyway I don't think he is really into her. She is a grade lower than me and I think she is still looking for something serious. Do u think if she got to know me and saw I was good for her and I told her I was looking for something serious too, u think shed go out with me and forget this other fool? I think I'm hotter than him, i mean I'm stronger and way more toned, taller, darker, and I don't what girls look for in a face but I may be hotter there too. He also a smoker. Also there's only 6 days left this year so either one of us kind of has 6 days to start somethin but he isn't so should I ask? If she learned who I was u think she could see being with me?
