Rate my Magic The Gathering deck?

honestly I have other oppinions since I used to play pro. my oppinion will always be to have more spells since I am a kind of magic person, for lands u have too many mountains for creatures you should only need 2 stigma lashers and 3 roil elementals so you should add more creatures spells u need only 3 mana leaks and 3 whiplash traps since ur creature set isn't specifically set for those spells for ur set use some mre lightining bolts since u have most of everytging covered wit this deck from what I said it should cost a lot less I would say more except it would be expensive
