Foul throw in soccer/football?

From your scenarios, no those are not foul throws. I usually see more issues with the 3rd rule in which the ball has to start from the back of the head than the first 2. A player can release the ball at any angle they want toward the ground as long as the ball started behind the head and it crosses the line and a lot of players flex their bodies to put more power into the throw, which is perfectly fine. Wait until you see a flip throw, those are perfectly legal too.
