If I am a soccer referee in New Jersey, can I work in Pennsylvania?

I am a certified grade 8 referee, I live in New Jersey, take my courses in New Jersey, and work in New Jersey, but when I go to college this August I want to work near my college, in Pennsylvania. Do I need to take any other class in order to work in Pennsylvania?
