Belly button piercing got snagged?

Okay so I was taking my shirt off very stupidly 2 days ago. I took my tank top off by pulling it down. I was even holding my shirt over my piercing but somehow the sport bra inside of it got caught on my piercing. it hurt so badly. It is 3 1/2 weeks old. It was fine before I almost ripped it out. It didn't bleed, but the hole wasn't a perfect circle anymore. It ripped the skin very slightly around the bottom of the top whole only. For the last 2 days it has been a tiny bit sore and a little red. The soreness and redness has been going down everyday. Will it be alright? Will this delay the healing process? Is there a greater chance of rejection? I clean it everyday with saline solution and antibacterial soap. Thanks!
