Do vets ever give reduced veterinary care for people who can't pay?

vets are very expensive my dog had a bladder indection i took her 2 times it cost me over 300. I wish i had insurance on her you might want to look into it I had it on one of my dogs it was like$ 145 for the year it will cover the expenses.
