Received a letter two days ago stating that my former employer was appealing ruling by unemployment referee.?

Referee ruling after appeal was that I was financial eleibigle. On 5/26 employer appealed. I recieved a copy of the petition of appeal from my employer on 6/7. As of 6/9 I have not recieved a appeal court date. Does this mean that they will not be having a hearing? (Unemplyment comp. in PA) How long does it take for them to appoint a court date.
