Should Juwan Howard's foul against DeShawn Stevenson be called a flagrant foul in Game 5 of the NBA finals?

I think the foul was very hard. Do you think it was called an ordinary foul since it was playoffs? I mean they said that referees would not make a call if it was a slight contact during playoffs.
